Lead qualification you can read.

Every inquiry arrives with a fit assessment against criteria you set: what matched, what didn’t, what is still unknown. Service fit stays separate from commercial qualification, and nothing is rejected automatically.

Criterion-level reasons

Not a score. Each criterion shows the fact, the reason, and whether it is known.

Unknown is allowed

An undecided budget stays unknown. It is never counted against the prospect.

Your review is the record

Predicted fit next to your call. One tap corrects it, and that is what the workspace learns from.

Sample data · Loomwork, an AI and automation studio
What would you like to take off your team’s plate?Required

Why? Opens on the problem, not on a service list. The answer picks the branch.

Which tools are involved?Required

Why? Compared with the tools Loomwork has approved for delivery.

How often does this happen?Required

Why? Repeatability is what makes an automation worth building.

Do you have a budget in mind?Optional

Why? “Help scoping a first project” is a fine answer. Budget isn’t the qualification story.

Common questions

What makes a lead qualification form different from a contact form?

The questions are chosen by the criteria rather than by convention. A contact form asks for a message and produces a paragraph someone has to interpret; a qualification form asks the specific things that would change your answer, and produces something a reviewer can act on.

Should low-fit leads be rejected automatically?

No, and Formwink will not do it. A low-fit read is a reason to respond differently or later, not a reason to drop someone. There is no path in the product that rejects a submission on its own.

Does an unknown budget count against a prospect?

No. Unknown is a recorded state, not a zero. A request that is squarely the work you do, with the budget still undecided, is still squarely the work you do — collapsing those two facts into one score is how good inquiries get buried.

Can bought data set the fit label?

Never. Company context can be attached to a brief for a reviewer to read, labelled with its source and the date it was fetched. It does not set a fit label, does not disqualify anyone, and is never presented as something the respondent told you.
