Product

An AI form builder that starts with your customer.

Describe your business or paste your website. Formwink drafts a profile and an ideal customer, then recommends a form where every question has a reason. Nothing it guesses counts until you confirm it.

Business profile first

Website-derived suggestions are labelled and reviewed. The profile is yours, not a guess.

Questions with a reason

“Why this question?” on every field. Approved branches, not improvisation.

Learns from your reviews

Your qualification decisions are the record. Suggestions arrive with evidence and wait for approval.

Sample data · Loomwork, an AI and automation studio
What would you like to take off your team’s plate?Required

Why? Opens on the problem, not on a service list. The answer picks the branch.

Which tools are involved?Required

Why? Compared with the tools Loomwork has approved for delivery.

How often does this happen?Required

Why? Repeatability is what makes an automation worth building.

Do you have a budget in mind?Optional

Why? “Help scoping a first project” is a fine answer. Budget isn’t the qualification story.

Common questions

What is an AI form builder?

A form builder that uses a model to help write and adapt the form, not only to render it. That covers three different things across products: drafting questions from a prompt, branching on an answer, and interpreting a submission after it arrives. Formwink does all three, and the third is what it is built around.

Does it write the form for me?

It drafts one, from your business profile rather than from a blank field list. Every question is editable, and everything derived from your website is labelled as a suggestion until you confirm it.

Can it qualify leads automatically?

It assesses and explains fit automatically. It does not decide. Each inquiry arrives with the reasoning and the unknowns shown, and a person confirms or corrects it — that correction is what the workspace learns from. Nothing is rejected without human judgement.

Where do submissions go?

Slack, email, Google Sheets, HubSpot, or a webhook. Each connector states its method, direction and availability separately on its own page, so you can see what exists today rather than inferring it.

Put this form to work

Every connector states how it connects, which way data moves, and whether it exists yet — three separate facts.
